He was born on March 28 in Victoria.

His parents were Doña María Carabaño and Manuel Morales. Both natives of the Aragua State. But from his childhood he moved to the Village of Cura Aragua State, a little village of manners surrounded by many landscapes of green and picturesque mountains.
Since childhood he had great concerns for sacred music.
Manuel M. Carabaño composed many poems among other odes and elegies, he maintained a passion for military discipline, love and respect for others and especially for his countrymen.
